How to Do a Winged Eyeliner
When you want to know about how you can create the winged eyeliner, you can certainly learn this easily with the help of the internet since there are many tutorials and videos that you will get to find. Well, here are the steps that you can do so that you will be able to have that winged eyeliner that you want. Take a look at this link for more information.
The first thing is that you must apply the pencil eyeliner to the upper part of the lash line. You have to make use of a light-colored pencil eyeliner to draw such thin line which is very close to the upper lash line as much as possible. The line must be thin. This would act as a base for the winged eyeliner. You will have to start from the inner corner of the eye and then work going to the outer corner. The thin line doesn't have to be especially neat at such point though it must be thin. You will be going over the line again so a little roughness won't make a lot of difference at this point. You need to keep the eyelid flat as much as possible as you do this. If needed, you must tilt your head back and barely keep your eye open while applying the liner.
The next thing that you must do is that you have to measure how far the wing must go. You have to hold the eyeliner pencil at the end point of the bottom part of the lash line. You have to point it upward in a diagonal manner so that this will look like a continuation of the lower eyelash line. When you have what looks like a hooded eyelid, you have angle the wing going more outward instead of upward so that you can avoid the hooded part of the lid.
You should draw a thin diagonal line out to serve as the wing. This line must match the guideline which you visualized when you hold the liner pencil against the eyelid. In other words, this must almost look like the extension of the lower lash line.
What you then have to do is to make that straight line from the tip going to the middle of the eyelid. You then have to fill the outline. Using the pencil eyeliner, fill the winged outline you have created until all of the skin between the line gets covered.
You will then have to thicken the line which is at the inner area of the eyelid. With this, you can make it appear as if the wing is becoming thinner naturally as it would go into the eye.
